Using the Twitter app
To get back into the app settings click the edit settings icon on the toolbar:
Configuring your app
Here is where you fill in the details to pull up updates from your Twitter page. In Content enter in your Twitter username (for example, @wai_chat ).
Overview
The Twitter app allows you to integrate your Twitter page onto your website, which
keeps those who visit your website up to date with your latest tweets. It also informs
them that you have a Twitter page so that they can “follow” you, which is a great way
to keep connected with lots of people.
Selecting and applying the app
The first step is to select the Twitter app from the Apps option on the toolbar and drag and drop it onto the canvas. You will then be directed into the ‘configure your app’ settings.
Click on ‘apply’ and you will be taken out of the app settings while the content box loads up with details and updates from your Twitter page that it receives from the username you have just entered.
Note: You will not be asked to enter your password, just your username.
Styling allows you to personalize how the Twitter feed appears on your page, for example, you may need to adjust the text colour for it to fit in with your page background.
The Options settings allow you to choose how many tweets are displayed (up to 10) and also allow you to remove the Twitter header and footer so only your tweets show.
