Using the .mp3 app
Overview
The mp3 app allows users to select and play an mp3 file within their Supadu site. The app will use a Flash player to load and play the mp3 file. If a user browses your site with a mobile device, the mp3 app will play the file using the device's default audio player.
Selecting and applying the app
The first step is to select the mp3 app from the Apps option on the toolbar and drag and drop it onto the canvas.
You will then be directed into the ‘configure your app’ settings.
Configuring your app
If your .mp3 file is hosted externally, paste the url of where it is located into the link input box provided.
If your .mp3 file is under 6 megabytes and you have it stored on your computer, upload it to the asset library by clicking on 'Library browser' which is underneath the link input box. Select the mp3 folder in the menu in the asset library and upload your .mp3 file there.
If your .mp3 file is over 6 megabytes and you do not have it hosted externally, please contact help@supadu.com for further details.
Using your app
After you have selected an mp3 file from your asset library or pasted an external url, click 'apply' to see the mp3 player rendered in the page. Click the play button to be sure that it works.
