Using the Diagnostic app

Overview

The Diagnostic app allows Supadü users to present a series of questions and answers in order to build a profile of site visitors.

Website visitors use this quiz-like tool to answer a series of questions which then provides a unique conclusion based on their responses. This fun app is a great tool to use for engaging with visitors and to help them learn more about their personality.

Selecting and applying the app

The first step is to select the Diagnostic app from the apps option on the toolbar and drag and drop it onto the canvas.

You will then be directed into the ‘configure your app’ settings.

Configuring your app

In the content section, select the button which reads 'add new question'. Here you can add a question and multiple answers.

NB: As the diagnostics app offers an analysis of responses based on answers given, the more questions you add, the more detailed your profile will be.


 



Styling & Size

In Size you can specify the size of your display - and in Styling you can choose the colour and type of font.

In Layout, you the can choose from two available presentations.

Once you hit apply your app will instantly render and is ready to use.

You can then add in your introduction screen (title, message and images). For example, "Welcome to the Supadü client profile survey - designed to present detailed analysis of your experiences and opinions of the Supadü platform."

Diagnostic app

Just like the introduction screen, you can tailor your confirmation message and analysis of answers given in the results screen.

In Options, simply select the number of questions you'd like to display.
