Using the Countdown app

Overview

The Countdown app allows Supadü users to set a date and time to countdown to any event. For example, a release of a book, TV show or new product. The application can count down in years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and even seconds!

Supadü users can select the colour of the digits displayed and bespoke layouts can be created upon request.

Selecting and applying the app

The first step is to select the Countdown app from the list of apps, by dragging the 'Apps' option on the left hand toolbar and dropping it onto the page canvas.

You will then be directed into the ‘Configure your app’ settings.

Configure your app

In the content section, enter the date and time that you would like your countdown app to count down to. You can use the calendar pop out to select the date then just add in the time in the two drop down fields below. If you want to set a time of a release in another country, you can select by time zone.

By ticking the display options at the bottom you can show the countdown in any format, from years through to seconds.

Please note: You don’t need to add all of these fields if you don’t require them. For example, you may want the countdown to show years and months, in which case you would select 'Years' and 'Months'

Styling & Size

Size tab: you can specify the size of your display. Or you can use the dragable boxes on the app once it has been applied to your page if you do not know the specific dimensions.

Styling tab: you can choose the colour of the digits that are displayed.

Once you hit apply your countdown will display, ticking down to your selected date and time.
