Using the Billboard app

Overview

The Billboard app allows a section of your site to be individually customised to feature anything, such as slogans and images that can automatically transition from one to the next. If there is anything you want to advertise or draw attention to, this is the tool to use.

Selecting and applying the app

The first step is to select the Billboard app from the Apps option on the toolbar and drag and drop it onto the canvas. You will then be directed into the ‘configure your app’ settings.

Once you are back into the configure settings, you will see Size and Options. Under Size input the desired height and width measurements for the billboard. It can also be resized by dragging the vertices of the bounding box.

In Options, you can adjust settings such as the transition from one billboard screen to another.

Remember: If you close the editing toolbar for any element on Supadu but need to go back, simply right click and select 'Edit element'.

Once you have edited your screen, be sure to save it. Then go back to the Content box and click 'apply'. The billboard screen will now load onto the page and you will be taken out of the 'configure your app' settings. Repeat the process if you are using multiple screens, each time clicking 'create new screen' for each separate element of the billboard. To get back into the settings of the app, click on the Edit icon.

Configuring your app

Here is where you personalize the app. Under Content click on 'create new screen'.

Click inside the new screen and you will be taken into an individual window with its own canvas that allows you to create, edit and manipulate your screen with images, text and so on. Pre-made billboard designs can be uploaded here.
