Using the RSS app
Overview
The RSS app in Supadu allows you to add up to 5 RSS feeds within your web page to share latest news and information.
The SEO benefits
Search Engines are crawling websites and looking for fresh content. If you have an RSS feed, you are getting up to the minute news stories. These constantly change whenever a new story comes out. The Search Engines will give you a higher page rank because it sees your site as having regularly updated content.
Selecting and applying the app
To use this app, drag and drop the Apps option on the toolbar and select the RSS app.
Configuring the app
Setting up the RSS app is straightforward and should only take a couple of minutes. If you have multiple sites or you have blogs, you may wish to promote them another of your sites (be careful though as too many links between sister sites can be damaging to your SEO. Alternatively, you can take feeds from sites which offer information whichj you feel is releavnt and interesting to your audience. Here's how:
Finally the Statistics section offers a concise summary ofyour poll's results. Alternatively you can have you results downloaded to enjoy at a later date.
Once you have - as with most Supadu apps - defined your styling and size, click on options to choose the number of feeds you'd like to display. Users can select up to 10 feeds from up to 5 urls.
Once that's done, simply click on apply and the rss app will propagate feeds to your page within seconds. Want to change the size once you've seen how the feed looks? No problem - simply drag the app from the sides or corners just like you would in PowerPoint. See a working example of the RSS app here.
